Invited Speaker's Abstract Guideline

Guidelines for submitting lecture abstracts for guest speakers

After logging in with the invited speaker's ID, you will see the tab of 'For Invited Speaker' tab in the Abstract menu. The secretariat must be able to verify the ID of the invited speaker in advance so that the abstract can be submitted, so you must sign up first. See below for details.

Abstract Submission Due Date: 28 August 2025, 23:59 BKK*

How to Submit Abstract

  • Log in with your sign-up ID that has been verified as an invited speaker by the secretariat (If you don't have an account, please sign up first)
  • Abstract tab at the top > Click 'For Invited Speaker' tab > Check to guidelines and lecture title > Click to modify button > Input your abstract > Save or submit
    • First, confirm your presentation title(s) on the list. If you have several presentations, each abstract should be submitted separately.
    • Abstract should be written in English within 2,000 bytes.
    • Once you submit your abstract completely, 'Abstract Submission Confirmation Mail' will be sent to your ID (E-mail).
  • To modify, delete & check the status of the submission
    • Click 'My page' > Click 'Invited Speaker's Abstract' tab > You can modify until 30 September.
