Notification of Abstract Acceptance

Acceptance notifications will be sent by email after 15 August 2025. If you have not received a notification by the end of 31 August 2025, please contact the APCCMI 2025 Secretariat at info@apccmi2025.com.

Embargo Policy

Each abstract submitted to APCCMI 2025 is considered confidential from the time of submission until the date and time the Congress makes the abstract publicly available and, subject to an Embargo Policy.

1. E-Poster Presentation

  • If your abstract is accepted for an e-poster presentation, you will receive an email with a dedicated link to upload your e-poster(s).
  • E-Posters will be displayed on LED interactive panels throughout the congress and will remain available on the website for six months afterward for registered delegates to view.
  • No specific session time is allocated for this presentation type.
E-Poster Preparation
  • If your abstract has been accepted for E-Poster or E-Poster with Rapid Fire session, you are required to upload an electronic version of your poster to the online platform.
  • Presenting authors will receive instructions on how to upload their e-poster in due time.
E-Poster Format
  • Required file type: PDF
  • Poster Size: Height 135 cm x Width 90 cm OR 1,188 pixels x 1,782 pixels
  • File size: Maximum 500 mb

Download the APCCMI 2025 poster templates in PPTX format. Please note, the use of these templates is optional.

If you do not plan to use the APCCMI 2025 template and are designing your e-poster in PowerPoint (ppt or pptx), please set your slide to the following settings:

E-Poster Upload

All e-posters must be uploaded by 15 October 2025 to be included in the program. The e-poster upload period is between 1 September – 15 October 2025.

2. E-poster with Rapid Fire sessions

  • Selected presentations have been assigned as E-poster with Rapid Fire sessions, which will take place in the E-Poster Area and feature the presentation of E-Posters.
  • Each presenter will be given a total of 3 minutes to present their e-poster with 2 minutes allocated for Q&A (no more than 5 minutes overall per presentation).
  • All participants are encouraged to attend the E-Poster Stations to listen to the presentations and engage by asking questions. Each session will be facilitated by a moderator.
  • Presenters are required to arrive at the E-Poster viewing stations 10 minutes before the session begins and remain until it concludes.
  • Preparation of an E-Poster is mandatory for all presenters.

Please note that presenters in the E-Posters with Rapid Fire sessions should use their E-Posters rather than a PowerPoint presentation (.ppt or .pptx). Using the APCCMI 2025 template is optional.

3.Oral Presentations

Presenters must submit their Oral Presentation in PowerPoint format to the Technical Desk in Speaker Preparation Room at least 4 hours before the session. A template is available on the website.

Oral Presentation Preparation
  • Use a 16:9 aspect ratio for slides.
  • Test embedded videos at the Technical Desk to ensure functionality.
  • Save and bring all linked files and a backup copy on a USB drive.
Mac Users:

Save presentations in PPTX or PDF format, avoiding special fonts or transitions. QuickTime formats are not supported.

On-Site Requirements:

Audio-visual equipment is provided, and presentations will run on venue laptops. Presenters cannot use personal laptops. Upload presentations at least 4 hours prior and bring printed speaker notes.

Presentation Details:

Talks are limited to 10-minutes with 2 minutes allocated for Q&A (no more than 12 minutes overall per presentation). Please be sure to adhere to the schedule and check the Congress website for regular updates.
