Trainee
  • Trainees should be member societies and under the age of 35.
  • Students are included in the trainees.
  • Please submit following evidence materials by email at reg@apccmi2025.com.
    • Trainee: Copy of your passport/ID to prove you are under the age of 35.
    • Student: Copy of your student ID or certificate of enrollment & a copy of your passport/ID.
On-site Registration
  • On-site registration is available by credit card only.
  • On-site registration for trainees is permitted for students, researchers, residents, and clinical fellows only. Photo identification (Student ID or Employee ID) is required.
  • Application of trainee for young scientists among members of APSCMI affiliated society is not valid for on-site registration that requires photo ID.

Registration Procedure

Complete the registration process following the instructions below:
  1. Sign up. (If you don’t have an account, please sign up first.)
  2. Fill out the online registration form.
  3. Submit the online registration form and proceed with the payment. (Registration Acknowledgement will be sent at this stage.)
  4. Receive the notification email that confirms your registration and payment.

Payment Method

Payment for online registration is only possible by credit card.
  • Once you have filled out all the required information for your online registration, please click the “payment” button - the payment page will open in a new pop-up window.
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

After Making the Payment

  • You can check the payment status at ‘My Page’.
  • Payment status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ upon clearance of your payment.
Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Confirmation of Registration

  • An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration.
  • Registrants can check the status of their registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging into the online registration system.
  • You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.
  • Please note that the receipt will be available after your payment is completed.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • To cancel the registration and request for refund, please download the below cancellation request form, fill it out, and send it to the secretariat via email before the deadline.
  • Refunds will be made according to the following cancellation & refund policy.

Letter of Invitation (for Application of Entry Visa to Thailand)

  • Please complete the registration and contact the APCCMI 2025 Secretariat (info@apccmi2025.com) for the invitation letter.
  • This letter is NOT a commitment of the APCCMI 2025 organizing committee to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons.
  • Any expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
